Position Title: Pastoral Support Assistant
Start Date: Immediate Start
Hours: 27.5 hours per week, term time only (38 weeks + 6 days)
Contract: Permanent
Remuneration: Grade 2, SCP 7 (Actual salary £10,600 p.a.)

The Governors of The King’s CE(A) school are seeking to recruit an enthusiastic and motivated Pastoral Support Assistant to work within the inclusion team, providing support and intervention to promote positive student behaviour and well-being, including attendance and punctuality, and supervising students in internal exclusion.

The successful candidate should have good interpersonal skills as effective communication with students, staff, parents and outside agencies will be key to the role. Previous experience of working with young people is desirable.
