Position Title: Catering Assistant 
Start date: 4 January 2018
Hours of work: 5 hours per week - 12.30 - 1.30pm - Monday to Friday (and occasional overtime),term time only.

Pay: Grade 2 - £7.83 per hour

We are seeking an enthusiastic Catering Assistant with good all-round skills and a flexible approach to duties, to join our team.

We take pride in our in-house catering service, providing our students and staff with quality meals and a friendly service.

Key tasks of the role include: serving food, the operation of a cashless till system, clearing down, washing up and cleaning duties.

Previous experience in an educational environment is preferred but not a requirement however, the ability to communicate easily with staff and students is essential. Knowledge of health and safety in the kitchen would be helpful however full training will be provided.

Position Title: Teaching Assistant- Physical Disabilities

Contract: Temporary 1 year, 32.5hours, Grade 4

We are seeking a supportive and caring practitioner to join our inclusion team to provide specific support to staff in the care and welfare of an 11 year old female student. You will work under the direction of teaching staff, usually in the classroom with the teacher.

You will assist the student with physical needs by dealing with specifics relating to mobility, toileting, and administering medication and provide advice to assist in their social, health and hygiene development on a daily basis. Full training will be given on all matters of student care.

As part of the inclusion team you will undertake routine administrative tasks such as student record-keeping and liaise with parents on student matters.

The post holder must hold or be willing to hold a first aid qualification.
