As you know, I thought that the lunch was the best we have ever had at the College. Following on this I have had so many comments saying the same thing. One husband told me that his wife doesn’t comment on food as she isn’t so interested but she was raving about the lunch. Compliments also regarding the training. The young people were good but several of them called me by name which is excellent in any business but hospitality in particular. People like the personal touch and they were a credit to you. Many thanks for a memorable meal. "

"It is remarkable to see these young students grow in confidence and expertise under the superb guidance of chef and other staff. Please pass on my compliments to all concerned and be assured that I and my friends, who list The Fifth on Fourth as one of their top lunch and evening dining experiences, will continue to visit you and have not only an extremely good meal but watch with interest as your students develop into well rounded individuals"
